Learning To Test

I am a person who has recently upgraded myself from a tourist to a tester (I am backward compatible too..). I aspire to become a high skilled tester by learning to test through exploratory,rapid and context driven testing approaches.I am a student of Pradeep Soundararajan and would like to learn from you too.You might want to come here for checking the pit stops of someone who is traveling along the road to become a good tester.
